When you dial this number, your phone first dials the phone number, then
waits (because of the w character) for you to press Send. Your phone then
sends your password.
If you include a p character instead of a w, your phone pauses for 2.5
seconds and then automatically sends your password as touch tones.

details on p and w characters.
• UNLOCKED PHONE NUMBER
When the phone lock is on, no calls can be made. But if you store a number
in the unlocked phone number location, you can make a call to that number
while the phone is locked. See “Phone lock” on page 65 for details.
Storing the unlocked phone number

Press Menu 4-3-2-2 (Settings - Security settings - Access codes -
Unlocked phone number).

Enter the lock code and press OK.

Enter the phone number at Number (or press Search and scroll
through the phone book).

Press Options.

Scroll to Save, then press OK.
Saving a new unlocked phone number overwrites the old one.
Calling the unlocked phone number
Your phone must be locked by means of the phone lock to use this feature.

At the Start screen, press

once, then press the Talk
key .

•
Manually enter the phone number as it is stored and press the Talk
key .
