Selecting a profile
1 Quickly press the Power key to view a list of the available profiles.
2 Scroll to the profile and press OK.
When you select a profile other than Normal, it will appear on the
start screen.
These steps allow you to select a profile, but you cannot customize a
profile here. Keep reading to learn how to customize a profile.
Customizing profiles and other options
1 Press Menu 3 (Profiles), scroll to the desired profile, and then press
Options.
Select, Customize, and Rename may appear as choices.
2 Select an option and press OK.
The profile is activated.
3 If you wish to go back to the main menu, press Back.
With the Customize option you can change the settings for a profile.
When you reach one of the following settings within a profile, press
Select. Once you make your choice within that setting, press OK.
• Ringing options
• Ringing volume
• Ringing tone
• Vibrating alert (if a vibrating battery is attached)
• Keypad tones
• Warning and game tones
• Message alert tone
• Lights (appears only in Handsfree)
• Automatic answer (appears only in Handsfree and Headset)
Rename allows you to rename certain profiles.
