Answering a call with phone lock on
• Press any key except the End key and the Power key .
Note: This assumes that Anykey answer (Menu 4-1-4) is set to On.
• PHONE SETTINGS
Phone settings give you access to other phone features such as the alarm
clock and the language your phone uses.
Using phone settings
Press Menu 4-2 (Settings - Phone settings), scroll to one of the
following options, then press Select:
• Clock: See page 34.
• Alarm clock: See page 21.
• Touch tones: See page 78.
• Restore factory settings: See page 68.
• Language: See page 47.
• PROFILES
You can adjust and customize your phone to
whatever environment you find yourself in
(for example, a shopping mall or a movie theater).
Each profile uses its predefined settings to
determine your phone’s ringing volume, ringing
tone, message alert tone, keypad tones, warning
tones, and so on, for a number of different environments.
These settings can be changed at any time, and each profile can be
selected in a matter of seconds.
Note: Restore factory settings (see page 68) will reset any changes made
in profiles back to the factory defaults. The default setting is Normal.
