OPERATION
Install batteries and/or
plug in the AC board
Flip the master switch
(rocker switch) to the
ON position
Press the ON button on
the Command Center
FAULT
No beep in about
8 seconds
No beep
or
no sound from the
valve indicating pilot
solenoid open
No sparking on
the pilot
Sparking doesn’t
continue
Pilot doesn’t light
Main burner doesn’t
light
DIAGNOSIS
Make sure
Command
Center and
the control
board are
connected by
a 2 feet or 15
feet cable
Check NG/LP
conversion cap
and control
board
connections
Check pilot
connections
The Control Board is having interference from the
surrounding metal (Ground)
Check gas supply
Go through
Battery polarity wrong?
LED on the Command
Center does not show
solid green?
The 5-pin connector on
the AC board broken or
bent?
AC plug is plugged to
AC mains?
Battery voltage low?
Using
battery?
Check valve
connections
Check power
supply (go
through )
