Is the other
party unable to
hear you?
Your phone may be muted. You
may take the call off of mute by
making the appropriate soft key
selection. (See page 16, Adjusting
the Volume.)
Also, you and/or the person you
are speaking with may be in a
weak network coverage area.
Make sure that your phone's
microphone is not obstructed.
Has the phone
been
damaged,
dropped or
gotten wet?
Dropping your phone, getting it
wet, or using a non-Motorola
battery charger can damage the
phone. The phone's limited
warranty does not cover liquid
damage or damage caused from
using non-Motorola accessories.
I can't hear my
phone ring.

to Silent or Vibrate. See page 20

Loud, Soft Ring, Vibrate, Ring &
