Understanding Status
Messages

You may receive status messages under certain
conditions. Before contacting Customer Care, note
the message, numeric code, and the conditions
under which it appeared. The following table lists
and describes status messages.

Service

The number that you entered is not
valid.

User Not
Available

The phone that you called is either
busy, out of coverage, or turned off.
Please try again later.

User Not
Authorized

The person that you called has not
purchased this service.

Please Try
Later

This service is temporarily not available.
Please try again later.

Service
Restricted

This service was restricted by your
service provider, or this service was not
purchased.

Service Not
Available

You are either out of coverage or having
problems with provisioning.

System Busy

The system is experiencing heavy
traffic. Please try again later.

Service
Conflict

This service cannot be enabled
because an incompatible service has
already been turned on.

Please Try
Again

An error occurred. Please try again.

Wrong PIN

You have entered an incorrect PIN
number.

Please Enter
Special Code

You have inserted a SIM card that will
not work with your service provider’s
phone. Contact Customer Care if you
believe this is a valid SIM card.
