GUIDE
Turn on the gas valve?
No

Is
the
knob
on
the
gas
valve turned to the ON position?
No

Are the blue wires secure in the terminals and firmly on the ignition module terminals?
Move orange wire to NO terminal. Rest

Replace motor

Remove any obstructions. Repeat st
art up. If motor will
not run. replace motor

check
the
blower
wheel. Does it turn freely?

there 120V between ground and the IND terminal on the module?

the air switch connection. Replace red light.

Is
the
black
tap
on
the
air switch connected to the upper probe?
Check
the
probes
and
hoses
to
the
air
switch
are they clear and unobstructed?
Replace air switch.

Is
120V
at
the
terminal
block in the blower?
Check line volt
age
circuit. Rep
air fault.

Is there 120V between ground and the
L1
terminal
on
the
module?

Check terminals for continuity and rep

Is the LED on the ignition module steady ON?

Is
there
24V
between
the inlet to the fuse carrier and the ground?

Is there 24V on the other side of the fuse carrier?

The
TISS
has
broken
continuity
. Check the
first
tube
and
reflector
is there a hole?
Check
TISS wire for
a
break
if
it
is
close
to
the terminal rep
air

Otherwise replace TISS wire.
Replace heat exchanger tube, reflector and
TISS.

Is
there
24V
between
both terminals of the thermost
at
connection
and ground?
No
Ye

Does
the
system
have
a 24V individual thermost
at?

Is
120V
at
the
terminal
block in the blower?
Check
that
red
wire
is
connected
to
TH
from
air switch terminal C. Rep
air connection.
Replace ignition modules.
Rep
air or replace
jumper check all wire terminals.
Rep
air or replace
thermost
at. Check
external wiring.
Replace ignition module.
Check terminals for continuity at transformer
. If they
are good, replace transformer
.
if fuse carrier is tight and the fuse has no continuity
, replace

fuse.
