This allows you to format the CF card.
CAUTION
All the images recorded in the CF card are deleted and cannot be recovered. Be careful when
formatting the CF card.
1 Rotate the function dial to "SETUP" and slide the power
switch to turn on the camera.
• The power switch returns to the initial position.
2 Press the button .
• The SETUP mode menu is displayed on the LCD monitor.
3 Press the or key so that [FORMAT] is highlighted and
press the key.
• The display to confirm whether you want to format the CF card appears.
