Tour of the Setting menu
The following table shows the items you can set and their default settings.
Use the table as a reference for efficient operation.
Note
• Changes you make to the Setting menu remain even after power to the unit is switched off or the disc tray is
opened or closed.
• [SETUP] will not function when the unit is turned on by pressing [STANDBY-ON] during either the DVD or VCR
timer-standby mode.

Dynamic Range Control ON Compresses the sound volume
range.
Fast Forward with Audio OFF Outputs sound during fast
forward play back.
