Conversion standard PS to hot-plug PS

Fix the locking rail with four screws (see the arrows) on the rear side of the
server..
Ê
Fasten the PS cage with three screws M3x4.5 mm (see the circles) at the
rear side.
Ê
Connect all power cables to the system board and the drives (see the cabling
plans in the Appendix).
