3.4.6 Ambient Temperature range
The detector temperature is out of range. Measurement accuracy
might be affected. Verify that the monitor is operating within the
specified operating temperature range
3.4.7 Pump Low Flow
This fault is a pre warning for the Pump In Flow Fault. See section
3.4.1 for further information.
3.4.8 Leak Check
Not included in the 1316A-3.
3.5 Reset.
At any time it is possible to perform a reset to restart the 1316A-3
monitor.
Pull down the Bench Command Menu
Select Soft Reset.
Following window appear.
