4.1 Home Theater Audio
The following diagram shows a typical advanced home
theater audio four-channel 4/4.1 speaker installation that
requires multichannel inputs on a receiver/amplifier.
This is only a suggested configuration. Your system may
be different.
AV receiver/amplifier audio input connectors may be
labeled Surround, 4.1 or 4 Channel inputs, CD, DVD,
or DVD In.

Some AV receivers generate the subwoofer
output without a subwoofer input; in this
case, you do not need to connect the
subwoofer output from the HP Digital
Entertainment Center. Refer to your AV
receiver product documentation.
