Useful Functions
Using PureRead
[Windows
® ]
1 Install the "Pioneer BD Drive Utility."
2 Start the "Pioneer BD Drive Utility."
3 Click the [Setting2] tab.
4 Select the [On] checkbox under [PureRead3+].
5 Select from either [Perfect Mode] or [Master Mode].
6 Select [Save setting to the drive].
The set values will be saved to the drive. Settings will be retained even after turning
off the device power.
[Mac ® ]
1 Install "Pioneer BD Drive Utility" (macOS ® 10.14 or earlier) or "Pioneer BD
Drive Utility Lite" (macOS 10.15 or later).
2 Start "Pioneer BD Drive Utility"or "Pioneer BD Drive Utility Lite."
When using "Pioneer BD Drive Utility Lite," operate without a disc inserted.
3 Select the [On] checkbox under [PureRead].
