Troubleshooting
Time lag between
video and audio
when playing
XBOX
When playing XBOX,
the show out time
between video and
audio has 3 ~ 5
second difference
while turning On
monitor power or
unplugging/plugging
HDMI cable.
• The monitor codec IC initialization
time requires approximately 3 ~ 5
seconds. This is normal behavior.
• Wait for 3 ~ 5 seconds after turning
On monitor power or plugging-in the
HDMI cable before playing video on
XBOX.
Volume value or
speaker status is
not updated in
OSD
When increasing /
decreasing OSD
volume value or
mute / unmute
speaker, the adjusted
value is not updated
in OSD and front
panel button.
• Switch audio device configuration of
Windows to Echo Cancelling
Speakerphone (C2423H/C2723H).

• Clear all grayed-out device in your
computer’s Device Manager.

• Ensure that the USB upstream cable
is connected from the PC to the
monitor.
• Ensure that the Teams account is
provisioned / setup as ‘Teams Only’
mode. The tenant administrator
should enable the account to ‘Teams
Only’ mode.

Select ‘DELL Monitor RGB Webcam’ as
the camera in Skype Video Device
setting.

Avoid running multiple conference

the other ‘conference software B’.
