C.Fn III: Operation/Others
C.Fn III -1 Warnings z in viewfinder
When any of the following functions are set, the icon can be
displayed on the viewfinder’s bottom right (p.29). The icon will
also appear on the shooting function settings display (p.55).
Select the function for which you want the warning icon to appear,
press <0> to add a checkmark [X], then select [OK].
When monochrome V is set:
If the Picture Style is set to [Monochrome] (p.155), the warning
icon will appear.
When WB is corrected:
If white balance correction is set (p.167), the warning icon will
appear.
When M is set:
If [z3: High ISO speed NR] is set to [Multi Shot Noise
Reduction] (p.170), the warning icon will appear.
When HDR is set:
If [z3: HDR Mode] is set (p.207), the warning icon will appear.
C.Fn III -2 Dial direction during Tv/Av
0: Normal
1: Reverse direction
Dial turning direction when setting the shutter speed and aperture
can be reversed.
In the shooting mode, the turning direction of the <6> and
<5> dials will be reversed. In other shooting modes, the turning
direction of only the <6> dial will be reversed. The <5> dial’s
turning direction in the mode and the turning direction to set
the exposure compensation in the , , and mode
will be the same.
