Port Base
Configure the starting Real-time Transport Protocol (RTP/RTCP) port for media transmission.
Conventionally, the RTP will use an even UDP port, and the RTCP will use a UDP port one higher
than that of RTP; such that the port base should be an even number and larger than 3000 to avoid
conflict. We suggest a base higher than 3000; however, it accepts a value between 2 and 65534 to
accommodate single line configuration.
Default is 8000
