3. Hold down the Alt and Reset buttons at the same time until
Reset appears on the display. The received data is cleared.

Caution:
Be careful not to hold the buttons down for more than five
seconds. If you do so,
Reset All appears on the display and
the printer settings are returned to their defaults in addition
to clearing the print job and printer memory.
