4. Check the position of the slots for a ROM module.

Caution:
You should not remove any modules from the circuit board.
If you remove them, the printer will not work.
5. Insert the module all the way into slot A, making sure that the
gold contact side of the module is the lower side. The X tab at
the bottom of the slot will jut out when the module is inserted
correctly.

Caution:
❏ Do not force the ROM module into the slot.
❏ Be sure to insert the module facing the correct way.
