3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Keep the unit clean, wipe off any fluid spillage. Keep the tubes clean and clear of blockages. Check that all tubes and connections are in
good condition.
Keep the drain tube and bottle clean and maintain it in good condition.
Replace or repair damaged parts. Use genuine parts only. Unauthorised parts may be dangerous and will invalidate the warranty.
Keep all non-essential persons away from the work area.
Check connections and fittings before use.
Ensure that the bottle capacity exceeds the amount of fluid to be collected.
DO NOT use for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
DO NOT operate if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or personal injury.
DO NOT leave drain tube and bottle operating unattended.
IMPORTANT! Ensure that you wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, face mask as appropriate for the fluid being extracted.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.
Dispose of waste fluids in accordance with local authority regulations.
WARNING! DO NOT use with gasoline or other flammable liquids.
DO NOT use the unit to extract dangerous chemicals, poisons, acids, alkaline's or solvents.
The container is not designed for long term storage.
DO NOT store the unit under extreme conditions.
DO NOT adapt the unit for any other purpose.
When not in use, store in a safe, dry, childproof area.

With the vehicle on a suitable ramp drain engine oil.
3.2
Locate the oil filter (black plastic housing).
3.3
Remove the duct cover on the bottom of the housing to expose the red bleed valve.
3.4
VS7110 - Secure drain bottle using the retaining chain and open valve, on top of the drain bottle.

Screw the adaptor into the end of the plastic housing. Screwing in the adaptor will release the red bleed valve in the filter housing
which allows the oil to drain.
3.6
Once fully drained unscrew adaptor.
3.7
The filter housing can now be removed from the engine using the large hex located at the bottom of the filter housing.
