DO NOT operate the staple gun

when you are tired or under the influence of alcohol, drugs or intoxicating medication.

DO NOT leave a hot staple gun unattended. ( If you are leaving the work area even for a short period of time switch it off and allow to

cool.)

DO NOT use the staple gun for any purpose other than that for which it has been designed.

4. OPERATION

Pistol grip design improves control and accuracy when carrying out repairs. Features high, medium and low power option. Ideal for workbench,

where frequent use is required. Supplied with staples; 100 x 0.6mm U-shaped, 100 x 0.8mm U-shaped, 100 x 0.6mm V-shaped.

4.1.

Plug the stapler in and switch the gun on using the rocker switch underneath.

4.2.

Choose a suitable heating repair pin and place it into the tip of the stapler.

4.3.

Set the power using the button on the side, see fig.1, green light = low, amber light = medium, red light = high.

4.4.

Keep the stapler perpendicular to the damaged surface, press the control switch and after a few seconds touch onto the plastic.

4.5.

When the pin is half way into the plastic material, stop pressing and release the power trigger. Wait for a few seconds until the repair

part becomes firm.

4.6. Pull back the handle to release the pin from the device.

4.7.

If the damage is excessively long and/or wide insert extra pins, 1/2 “ apart.

4.8.

Cut off the pins with a side cutter, then grind the remaining part with a grinder or sander.

NOTE: DO NOT press the pins too hard, they may penetrate the plastic too far.

NOTE: Rest the stapler for 5 to 10 minutes after 40 cycles of continuous use, in order to extend the product’s life.

Ensure the workpiece is adequately held before operating the staple gun.

Always lay the staple gun on its side so that the tip cannot make contact with the work surface.

Always use staple gun in a well vetilated atmosphere or alternatively wear respiratory protection.

Ensure that when the staple gun is put down during use that the tip is not near to or in contact with any material that may burn or melt

including the product’s own supply lead.

After use always keep the staple gun in its original package in a safe place away from children.

DO NOT touch the staple during its warm up phase.

DO NOT use in wet or damp conditions.
