General Safety Notices
13. Use this Christmas Tree Stand only in accordance with these instructions and only for
the clamping of Christmas trees in indoor areas! (Please cut the tree trunk straight
before use).
14. When setting up, ensure that both the Christmas tree stand and the tree have a level
and firm footing. For one-sided or overweight mature trees, attention is to be paid to
ensuring a balanced distribution of weight!
15. Do not allow children to operate the Christmas Tree Stand!
16. Set the tree up without decorations!
17. NEVER leave a tree with burning candles unsupervised!
18. Due to the existing risk of injury, avoid all intrusions into the clamping mechanism! The
foot pedal must ONLY be operated with your foot!
19. Caution! Damaged Christmas Tree Stands may no longer be used.
20. The manufacturer is liable only for damages that occur as a result of faulty materials or
faulty workmanship in the Christmas Tree Stand. Damages resulting from improper
handling are excluded from liability.
21. Should structural changes be made to the Christmas Tree Stand by the buyer, or
damage be occasioned to it by improper handling or aggressive cleaning materials
(acids, detergents or solvents), all liability by the manufacturer is excluded.
22. Incidental or self-inflicted damage caused by the buyer will not be reimbursed !
23. When taking the tree down, ensure that it cannot tip over.
24. The water container may only be filled after setting the tree up, otherwise water may
spill out and cause damage.
