Carbonated Only
You may never be called on to size a
filter system for fountain drinks, but
here are a few simple tips:
Question #1: Is the customer serving
carbonated beverages only, or are
they selling both carbonated and
non-carbonated beverages?
Question #2: Is the customer using
an ambient carbonator(s) or cold
carbonator(s)?
Question #3: How many carbonators
is the customer using?
If you know these three things, the rest
is as easy as EVP 1-2-3!
Fountain beverages represent one
of the highest profit items in any
foodservice operation today. From
convenience stores to fine dining,
fountain drinks are present. A fountain
drink is approximately 83% water!
