Connecting the Axles Together:
Tandem Axle for 95TAL:
Locate the brass tee. Thread the male port of the tee into the female end of the 18” brake hose
running up from the second axle. Tighten

Remove the plastic cap from the end of the frame brake hose coming off the side frame by the
axle. Carefully pull the brake hose enough so that it will reach the port of the tee just threaded
into the brake hose. Thread the brake hose fitting into the top port of the tee installed on the
front axle and tighten.

Connect the 60” hose to the tee and route it thru the brake line clip by the front axle and then
down and into the side port of the brass block on the caliper. Tighten. Wrap a grommet around
the hose and insert into the brake line clip to protect the hose. To prevent the hose from
sagging place a hose clip around the hose and attach to the I-beam with a self-tapping screw.
