K2 SAN with Dyno installation checklist

Refer to K2 SAN Installation and Service
Manual. All K2 Summit systems must have
their timecode synchronized to house
timecode. Install K2 SAN, including K2 Summit
Production Clients on the SAN that you
intend to control.

Refer to K2 Dyno Replay System Quick Start
Guide. Both the K2 Dyno Replay Controller
and the K2 Summit Production Client come
with their own specific USB Recovery Flash
Drive. Make sure you keep each Recovery
Flash Drive with its own specific unit. Do
not lose the Recovery Flash Drive. Unpack K2 Dyno Replay Controller
Refer to the K2 Dyno Replay System Quick
Start Guide. Connect one K2 Dyno Controller
to each K2 Summit Production Client on the
SAN that you are controlling. Cable K2 Dyno Replay Controllers
At the MS-DOS command prompt, use the
ping command.
Verify network communication
Dyno license is required. AppCenter Pro
license is also required. On K2 Summit
Production Client, the AppCenter Pro and
Dyno licenses must be installed, if not
already present. Refer to release notes for
compatibility information and upgrade
instructions regarding K2 System Software
and licensing. Upgrade and/or license software, if necessary,
on K2 Summit/Solo
