Creating New Dashboards

WARNING

Make sure you have saved any modifications to your current Dashboard
before you create a new one, otherwise your changes will be lost. Your
‘new’ Dashboard will load immediately you click OK.

To create a new dashboard:

1 Right-click on a blank area of the dashboard and select Create Dashboard from the

pop-up menu. The Enter Dashboard Name pop-up dialog appears.

2 Type the name of your new Dashboard.

3 Click OK.

4 A new Dashboard is loaded with the Content Activities and Jobs widget as default.

Widgets can be added and removed as detailed above after that, once the new
dashboard is placed in Edit Mode.

5 When you have added the widgets and configured them as required, right-click in a

blank area of the dashboard and click Save Dashboard.

You must remember to save your new Dashboard after it is built, otherwise only the
default configuration will exist.

Loading an Existing Dashboards

To load an existing dashboard:

1 Right-click on a blank area of the dashboard and from the pop-up menu select Load

Dashboard.

2 Select the dashboard you require from the scrollable list that pops up.

WARNING

Saving Your Current Dashboard

To save you current dashboard:

• Right-click on a blank area of your current Dashboard and select Save Dashboard.

Make sure you have saved any modifications to your current
Dashboard before you load a new one, otherwise your changes will be
lost. Your new dashboard will load when you click
