10 TROUBLESHOOTING
If the hose pump does not function (correctly), consult
the following checklist to see if you can remedy the
error yourself. If this is not the case, please contact your
Bredel representative.
Problem Possible cause Correction
Failure to operate. No voltage. Check that the supply
power switch is on.
Check the electrical supply
is available at the pump.
Stalled rotor. Check if the pump is
stalled by incorrect fitting of
the hose.
Lubricant level monitoring
system has been activated. Check that the lubricant
level monitoring system
has stalled the pump.
Check the functioning of
the lubricant level
monitoring system, or
check the lubricant level.
