5.4 Lifting and moving the pump
For lifting and moving the pumphead, use the lifting lug
(A). This lifting lug is fitted on the rear of the pumphead.
The complete hose pump, i.e. pumphead, gearbox and
electric motor, must be lifted using the lifting lug (A) plus
additional support on gearbox and motor using suitable
straps or slings (B).
For the weights of the pump, refer to section 11.1.6.

Warning
If the pump is to be lifted ensure that all
standard lifting practices are adhered to
and carried out by qualified personnel only.
Never lift the complete pump unit by only
using the lifting lug.
