7.5.4 Fasten the pump hose
1. Install the flange brackets (B). Do not tighten
the bolts!
2. Install the insert and the flange (C).
3. Connect the suction line.
4. Jog the motor in the direction of the suction port
to drive the hose against the flange face. Make
sure the hose butts up against the flange face
and that the insert is seated correctly.
5. Make sure that hose clamp (A2) is mounted
directly against the vertical part of the rubber
bush.
6. Tighten the hose clamps (A1 and A2).
7. Repeat the procedure for the discharge port.
8. Tighten the bolts of the flange brackets (B).
Always start hose connection at the
suction port and finish all steps before you
start on the discharge port.
