Press or the right or left arrow key to select
the Settings submenu and show the first prompt on
the LCD.

Press <1> or <2> to display the time of day in 12
hour (default) or 24 hour format.
Press or the down arrow key to scroll to
the next selection.

hh:mm:ss = current setting
Enter the time of day in hours, minutes, and
seconds using the selected format on the number
pad and press .
Press or the down arrow key to scroll to
the next selection.
