Connecting microphones
Microphones can be connected to the MIC IN connectors on the front (mini-plug) and
rear (XLR and TRS) of the interface. If more than one microphone is connected at the
same time, the signal will be input only from the one with the highest priority as shown
below.

NOTE
This unit does not provide phantom power. If you want to use a condenser

microphone that requires it, you will need to prepare an external phantom power
supply.
The MIC output sound is centered in the stereo field.

Connecting instruments and mono sound sources
Connect a guitar, bass, other instrument or other mono sound source to the INST
IN (instrument input) jack, which supports high impedance input, on the rear of the
interface.

Connecting line input devices
Connect an analog stereo sound source, such as a keyboard, drum machine, music
player or game device to the LINE IN (line input) jacks on the rear panel.
