Thank you for purchasing the Skutch AS703M Promotion-On-Hold
Module. With this Module, all calls that are placed "ON HOLD" will hear
the Promotion-On-Hold audio. When the call is re-answered, the audio will
automatically disconnect.

Switch Selection
The first step is to set the SWITCH on the front panel of the AS703M so
that it will work with your model of telephone. We suggest that you use a
ball point pen to change the switch settings.
For: AT&T 944, 955, and 964: IBM/Bell 412, 412CID & 4900
For AT&T 843,853,854,874,953,& 954
For Radio Shack #43-461(Model 612) and #43-463 (Model 212).
When a line is placed "ON HOLD", the corresponding LED on the
AS703M will light indicating that audio is being coupled to that telephone
line. The unit will play audio to all calls that are placed ON HOLD. Make
sure that you adjust the level of the music to the proper level on the audio
source.

Troubleshooting Guide
No Audio But The Lights Turn On The AS-703M

Make sure the Message Source is playing.

Make sure the Message Source volume is turned up.

Make sure that the audio cable is connected from the headphone
jack on the Audio Source, to the AUDIO IN jack on the AS-703M.

Make sure the audio cable has the right plug for the AS-703M
(male RCA type).
!
Make sure you are NOT using a "Dubbing" audio cord.
!
Try reprogramming the station ID's for each of the phones, start
with 22 and go down from there.
Music does not always shut OFF or turn ON.
!
Re-program the STATION ID number in EACH telephone.
