1)Ensure that the cartridge has been
tensioned correctly before being put
in to the printer as described on the
back of the carton and in section 2 of
this Manual.
2) Ensure the cartridge has been put
into the printer correctly and locked
in.
3) Try another cartridge that has
been tensioned correctly.
4) Fault persists – contact Seaward
