The Mercury II ATMII5000 SmartPrecision Alignment Tool is required for aligning the Mercury II
6000 Series Encoders. The Alignment Tool includes the following:

sensor is located over left limit
Right Limit Blinks in Alignment Mode and when
sensor is located over right limit

