Status Message Format (COM2): This determines what the printer will send
back in response to an enquiry. See Section 5.2.

Control Codes (COM2): This switch setting will allow or disallow printer
response to control codes (below 20h).

Parity (COM2): Selects either even or odd parity error checking.

Enable Parity (COM2): Enables or disables parity error checking.

Echo (COM2): If this feature is enabled, the printer will echo all received
characters to the serial port.

Data Bits (COM2): Choose 7 or 8 bit data.

XON/XOFF (COM2): Enable or disable XON/XOFF software handshaking.
CTS/RTS hardware handshaking is always enabled.
