Google Play Store Options
Some convenient options are available with the Google Play Store app. Available options may
vary.
► In the Google Play Store app, tap on the top left of the screen to display the following
options:
Tip: You can also touch and hold the left end of the screen and slide it to the right to display
the options.
 The account name you are currently logged in to the Google Play Store app is
displayed. To log in with another account stored on your phone, tap next to the
account name and select an account.
 Touch the empty area on the right side of the options screen to return to the Google
Play Store homepage.
 Apps & Games displays the Apps Home screen.
 My apps & games displays the lists of apps installed on your phone.
 Entertainment displays the Entertainment Home screen.
 Account allows you to manage your account.
 Redeem allows you to redeem Google Play Store gift card and promotional code.
 Wishlist displays the apps you have bookmarked. To bookmark an app, tap the
bookmark icon on the apps detailed screen.
 People displays a list of person resources, each of which represents a Google+ user.
 Settings to manage settings for Google apps and services.

Request a Refund for a Paid App
If you are not satisfied with an app, you can ask for a refund within 15 minutes of the purchase,
unless otherwise stated by the app developer. Your account is not charged and the app is
uninstalled from your phone.
If you change your mind, you can install the app again, but you can’t request a refund a second
time.
