Using 4-/6-Channel Audio
The motherboard is equipped with the Realtek ALC650 chip, which provides
support for 6-Channel audio output, including 2 front, 2 rear, 1 center and 1
subwoofer channel. ALC650 allows the board to attach 4 or 6 speakers for a
better surround sound effect. This section will tell you how to install and use the
4-/6-Channel audio function on the board.
Installing the Audio Driver
You need to install the driver for the Realtek ALC650 chip before you can use the
4-/6-Channel audio function. Follow the procedures described below to install
the drivers for different operating systems.
