Wake-Up On LAN: CN5
Through the Wake-Up On LAN function, a wake event occurring from the net-
work can wake up the system. To utilize this function, please be sure an ATX 12V
power supply with a 5VSB line capable of delivering a current of at least 720mA,
and a LAN adapter which supports this function. Then connect the header to the
relevant connector on the LAN adapter, set
“MACPME Power Up Control” and
“PCIPME Power Up Control” to enabled in the “Power Management Setup” sec-
tion of the CMOS Setup. Save and exit, then boot the operating system once to
make sure this function takes effect.
Serial ATA Connectors: SATA_1, SATA_2
The Serial ATA header is used to connect the Serial ATA device to the
motherboard. These connectors support the thin Serial ATA cables for primary
internal storage devices. The current Serial ATA interface allows up to 150MB/s
data transfer rate, faster than the standard parallel ATA with 133MB/s (Ultra ATA/
