Copying a presentation
If you need to create a new presentation that is based on another presentation, you can use the
Save As option to make a copy of an existing presentation.

Open the presentation you want to copy:

Sign into your BrightSign Network Manager account (see
for details).

Click the My Files tab.

Click the Presentations list and select the presentation you want to copy.

Save the copy:
a
Under Presentation, click Save As.

Enter a name for the copy of the
presentation.

Click Save to create the copy.
Renaming a presentation
You can rename a presentation at any time.

Open the presentation you want to rename:

Sign into your BrightSign Network Manager account (see
for details).

Click the My Files tab.

Click the Presentations list and select the presentation you want to rename.
