may have occurred. Solutions
are listed in parentheses:

The printer is out of ribbon
(replace the ribbon).
•
The ribbon is not loaded
properly (remove the ribbon
and load it correctly). Make
sure it follows the correct path,
is not jammed, the dull side
faces the supply, and the
delivery and take-up ends are
on the correct spools.
•
You have selected Yes for the
ribbon default, but have not
loaded a ribbon (load a ribbon,
or change the ribbon default to
No).
