If the action completes successfully, the application will displays the message:
OPC server successfully activated
If it’s no possible to register the windows service, this message will be displayed:
Unable to activate OPC server
NOTE: This may be due to the fact that the necessary dongle is not inserted in the
USB port.
‘Unregister’: This option is only available when the OPC server is active. Otherwise,
it will be deactivated. It unregisters the service and deactivates the PowerStudio OPC
server so that it becomes unavailable from all OPC clients. If there are clients connected
when the server is deactivated, this will force their disconnection, waiting for a limited
amount of time. While the OPC server is being deactivated, the application will show the
following progress window:
Wait process window: deactivating OPC server
If the action completes successfully, the application will displays the message:
OPC server successfully deactivated message
