Product-Specific Commands—Description
:SOURce[1..n]:AM:INTernal:
FREQuency?
Description This query returns a value indicating the current
internal modulation frequency. If the source is in
CW mode, the function will return 0.
*RST sets the modulation frequency to 0 Hz
(CW).
Syntax :SOURce[1..n]:AM:INTernal:FREQuency?

internal modulation frequency of the source, in
