- For your benefit, read this manual carefully before using the treadmill. If you have questions after read¬

- 1. Insert the key into the console.
- 2. Select the start menu.
- 3. Start the walking belt and adjust the speed.
- 4. Change the incline of the treadmill as desired.
- 5. Monitor your progress.
- 6. Measure your heart rate if desired.
- 7. Turn on the fan if desired.
- 8. When you are finished exercising, remove the key from the console.

- Most treadmill problems can be solved by following the simple steps below. Find the symptom that
