# Raise take-up lever to its
highest point.

spool pin.

Place bobbin in case and draw thread
into slot 1, Fig. 24.
Draw thread between case and tension
spring until it reaches notch 2, Fig. 25.
Pull about 3 inches of thread across
bobbin.
