After the tone, speak the party’s name into the
microphone.
The fax asks you to speak the name again.

After the tone, speak into the microphone again.
• Keep background noise to a minimum to ensure reliable
operation.
• Registering the same or similar voice tags for different
parties may cause an error when you try to retrieve the party.

To assign additional voice tags, start from step 4.
To finish, press [Stop].

Perform steps 1 to 4 on p. 2-13.

If a voice tag is already registered under the speed
dialling number, the fax asks you if you want to
modify the voice tag.

Press [ : ] to select YES.

Use [ 3 ] or [ 4 ] to select REDO VOICETAG.

Press [Start/Copy].
The fax asks you to confirm that you want to redo the voice
tag registration.

Press [ : ] to select YES and proceed to step 6 on
p. 2-13.
Press [#] to cancel the procedure.
