CD Changer

You can load up to seven discs in the CD changer for continuous play

without interruption. You can see the display of the selected or

current disc on the display panel. All trays in the CD changer can be

used to play 12-cm discs (except for tray-1, which can also be used for

a 8-cm discs without an adaptor). If you want to load the 8-cm disc on

the other trays, you need an adaptor (not supplied).

Loading Disc

Press

SOURCE

to select CDC.

Press

OPEN*CLOSE.

— Disc tray 1 will be opened.

3 Load a disc with the printed side up in the disc tray.

Press

OPEN'CLOSE.

The total number of tracks and playing time appear on the

display.

• To load the remaining disc trays. Press the respective disc button

to open the tray door, press the OPEN »CLOSE to close the tray

door.

indicates the disc tray is empty.

CiP

-

indicates the disc tray is loaded with a disc.

- indicates the current or selected disc tray is

ready for playing.

Playing a Disc

Press

PLAY»PAUSE Hi

(or

HI

on the remote control) to start

playback.

The disc, track number and elapsed playing time of the current

track appear on the display.

• To interrupt play, press

PLAY»PAUSE HI

(or

Hi

on the remote

control).

-* The track number and elapsed playing time flashes on display.

• To resume play, press

PLAY»PAUSE HI

again (or

Hi

on the

remote control).

To stop play, press

STOP

■ (orB on the remote control).

Note:

When the current disc has completed playing, the set will select the

next disc and start playing automatically. If the next disc tray is empty

it will then select the next available loaded disc tray.

You can also play CD directly by pressing the

7 CD DIRECT PLAY

button.
