M1 CHUTE ASSEMBLY & OPERATION
SPLIT TAILGATE
Step 2
Black Poly Sleeve
Insert the two poly sleeves onto the rocker
pipe and slide them to the locations shown.
Rocker arm pipe
Step 3 Insert the rocker arm into the 2”
long pipes located on the side of
the chute at the top.
NOTE: All illustrations are showing
how to set up the tailgate as a left
side operated tailgate. If your
situation requires that the tailgate
be operated from the right side, just
insert the rocker arm in the pipes
located on the right side of the
chute and finish assembling from
that side.
