Tactile Shaker Devices
In addition to subwoofers, which are speakers designed to output primarily low frequencies, there is
another category of low frequency devices designed to supplement a mix and enhance the listening and
mixing experience of the user. These tactile devices are known as bass shakers, butt kickers, or throne
shakers depending on how they are implemented.
Typically, the frequency range of these devices is restricted to 500Hz and below, so it is most likely they will
be used in conjunction with headphones or earbuds. The Stereo Mix Out and the Mono Mix Out jacks of
the A360 will be used simultaneously in this case.
