Using the Player Independently

Playing an audio CD

If you are using batteries, you can enjoy iistening to music under stabie conditions. It is
recommended not to play an audio CD while walking or jogging. It is recommended that

you

turn off the player’s terminator so as to reduce the power consumption.

Caution:

• It is not safe to listen to headphones while driving a car.

Be sure the VOLUME control is set to 2-4 to avoid hearing very loud sound.

Insert an audio CD

Press POWER switch to

turn on the player.

Plug your headphones (not supplied)
into the PHONES jack.

Note:

• You can also listen to the music by

connecting amplified speakers (not

supplied).

Skips to the next track by pressing once.

Continues skipping tracks if you hold down.

Returns to the beginning of the track being played by pressing once.

Continues reversing tracks if you hold down.
