Removing the Ribbon Cassette

Turn the power on.

The carriage will automatically move to the

ribbon exchange area.

Note:

• The printer allows the ribbon cassette

to be installed only in this area.

Fold

the

smoked

plastic

cover

forward.

Raise the smoked piastic cover.

Caution:

• The printhead may be hot, use caution

when cover is open.
