*Make two left tires are the same.

* Notice the direction
of the tires.

*Make two right tires are the same.

* Notice the direction
of the tires.

*Pull back the tire bead slightly and spot

glue in four spots as shown. When dry, glue

the rest of the wheel between the spots.

Repeat the procedure on the other side of

the wheel until fully glued.
